Shipping Policy

At Valley Rio, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and a second notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are at flat rates with standard shipping at $6 and priority at $12

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

3. Shipping Locations

Valley Rio currently ships within the United States only.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

5. Delays

Valley Rio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Valley Rio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, you may contact us.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
